Spring is Here!
We started our day picking up some books from the library for our upcoming day studying construction machines! (See one of the subsequent posts for more details!) I accidentally parked further than I thought from the library entrance and had to carry Grey the several blocks when he insisted on being “up”. I was not looking forward to carrying our heavy bag of books AND my getting-heavier toddler on the way back. Thankfully, Grey made me so proud by putting his own little Hi Tec Toddler Boots to use while reading a book on the way back to the car. Walking and reading, my two favorite things combined!
Then I got my miles in with Grey in the Osprey Poco Plus. Much easier than carrying him in my arms. While on our usual walk around Crown Hill, we saw our first flock of Red-Winged Blackbirds, back for the season. It’s a sure sign that spring is just around the corner!
